Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping for all products via UPS/FedEX. Shipping charges may be incurred for special services such as inside delivery, telephone notification and common carrier.

• Many items are shipped via small package carriers such as UPS/FedEx, while larger and heavier items are shipped via common carrier.

• To obtain charges for shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states or overseas, email: international@atd.com or call 866-283-9327 ext. 2336.

Tailgate Delivery

• Most large products are shipped tailgate delivery. Your merchandise will be delivered to your location and the driver will bring the items to the tailgate (back) of the truck. It is your responsibility to unload and bring the product inside your facility unless you specify “inside delivery.”

Inside Delivery

• If “inside delivery” is required for larger and heavier products, the truck driver will bring the merchandise inside your facility for an additional charge. (Note that all small package carriers such as UPS will bring items inside your building at no additional charge.)

Worldwide Delivery

• Metro Design Office MOD)/ATD-AMERICAN CO can deliver your order to almost any location worldwide, on every continent. Delivery methods include UPS, air freight and ocean freight. ATD endeavors to select the least expensive method of delivery that meets your requirements. When appropriate, export documentation will be prepared as a Metro Office Design (MOD) service.

• For a quotation including overseas shipping, just send us your order information including the MOD model number, the quantity for each model, and the destination by email international@atd.com or call 866-283-9327 ext. 2336. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Shipments Via UPS

• Merchandise is delivered by UPS, a small package carrier.

Shipments Via Truck

• Merchandise is delivered by one of our low cost common freight carriers.

Shipping/Arrival Time

• Shipping Time
Products are either Quick Ship available or Standard Delivery.

• Quick Ship Available
Quick Ship items are shipped directly from the factory within 1 to 2 weeks.

• Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery items ship directly from our factory within 2 to 4 weeks. Custom items may take longer.

When Your Shipment Arrives/Return

Metro Furniture Design (MOD works closely with our factories and freight carriers to prevent product damage. However, when your shipment arrives it is your responsibility to:

1. Examine all cartons carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

2. Note any damages, shortages or distortion of any kind to the cartons, on the delivery receipt.

3. If there is any damage, contact our Metro Furniture Design (MOD) Freight Claims Department for assistance within 10 days of delivery. Email: customerservice@atd.com or call 866-283-9327 ext. 2297.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to MOD. Orders cancelled after production begins may be subject to 25% restocking charges. Orders cancelled after shipments are subject to round-trip shipping charges and 25% restocking charges. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Returns

• No returned merchandise will be accepted unless you first obtain a return authorization from MOD (Metro Office Design )/ ATD-AMERICAN CO. Returns must be made within 45 days in the original factory cartons. Returns are subject to round-trip shipping charges and 25% restocking charges. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
